At the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology congress, 3SBio reported that its PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody, tivunatamig, reached a median progression-free survival of 13.6 months in squamous and 13.8 months in non-squamous advanced lung cancer when combined with chemotherapy. The control arms, using the approved checkpoint inhibitor tislelizumab plus chemotherapy, reached 8.3 and 9.7 months.
