Seeking special use permit

The Las Vegas Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 10 to decide whether to grant a special use permit for a 500-square-foot massage establishment at 1040 South Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 101. The applicant, AA Luxury Salons and Suites, is asking for waivers that would let the business operate closer to a residential-zoned parcel and another massage establishment than city rules normally permit.
