Source of the $18.5 million in proposed grants

San Francisco's Board of Supervisors has placed five retroactive grant agreements worth up to $18.5 million on its September 15 agenda, drawing from the city's Affordable Housing Opportunity Fund. The money would flow to five limited partnerships — 160 Freelon Housing Partners, 3300 Mission Partners, 1166 Howard Street Associates, Ambassador Ritz Four Percent, and MHDC South Park Properties — with each grant capped between $2.56 million and $4.49 million.
