Cleared Rev. Kenneth Fleck after review

The Archdiocese of Chicago has cleared retired Rev. Kenneth Fleck of a sexual abuse allegation tied to his 1980s pastorate and approved his return to ministry. Cardinal Blase Cupich accepted the recommendation of the archdiocese's Independent Review Board, which found no reasonable cause to believe the abuse occurred.
