Plaintiff in an ongoing First Amendment lawsuit against the White House; backs the three banned outlets

On Oct. 13, a federal judge extended court-ordered White House access for CNN, MS NOW and Politico, ruling the ban likely violates the law. The order keeps the outlets credentialed while the lawsuit proceeds. The administration has appealed to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, and its brief is due Nov. 13.
