The West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has moved into a $10 million headquarters on Grand Rapids' southwest side, a neighborhood where about three-quarters of residents are Latino. The building, called the Hub for Latino Economic and Talent Advancement, includes a 150-person event space, a courtyard, a café, and meeting rooms.
