Lead builder of the consortium KHNP dropped; urging talks to resume

The state utility ended months of contract talks with the Daewoo-Doosan consortium for the $18.6 billion Dukovany nuclear plant in the Czech Republic, after the two sides failed to close a cost gap of more than 1 trillion won ($750 million).
