Corpus Christi's Type B Corporation board and the City Council approved the amended $363,000 incentive for El Bolillo Bakery on Oct. 19, closing a deal that had stalled six days earlier over default-notice language. The money is paid over three years of a five-year agreement and is tied to 121 permanent jobs.
