Buyer and new owner of the Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall
A New York City investor paid $58.4 million for Boston's 163-room Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall, the latest in a string of hotel purchases that has built EOS Investors into a 40-plus property portfolio. The hotel last changed hands in 2016, when Magna Hospitality bought it from Related Beal for $16.5 million — roughly a third of what EOS just paid.
