First tokenized U.S. stock trades under SEC's new venue exemption

Maintains CNTN's official onchain ownership record

On Nov. 4, trading firm DRW Cumberland bought tokenized shares of Canton Strategic Holdings (Nasdaq: CNTN) from existing holder Five North through a permissioned pool on Tradecraft, the automated market maker that powers venue operator TSV LLC. Fairmint, CNTN's SEC-registered transfer agent, recorded the shares in token form in Five North's wallet. The first purchases totaled about $30,296.
