Co-signed the agreement; will certify the Bugesera circuit

Formula One will race in Africa again. On October 13, the sport signed a 10-year deal with Rwanda for an African Grand Prix in Bugesera, 40 kilometers from Kigali, from the early 2030s. The last African race was the South African Grand Prix at Kyalami in 1993.
