Approved IPO prospectus on October 18

Egypt's financial regulator approved the prospectus for Banque du Caire's initial public offering (IPO) on Sunday, clearing the sale of a 30% stake worth up to 24.25 billion Egyptian pounds, roughly $454 million. Investor orders open Monday, October 19, and run through October 23.
