Freshworks acquires Robusta to add AI incident investigation to Freshservice

When a production system fails, the alert is the easy part. The hard part is reconstructing what changed — a configuration edit, a deployment, a network rule — before anyone can fix it. On Oct. 28, Freshworks said it will acquire Robusta, an Israeli startup whose AI agent, HolmesGPT, automates that reconstruction for Freshservice, Freshworks' IT service management product.
