Now wholly owned by Jardine Matheson

Balfour Beatty has sold its half of Gammon Construction, the Hong Kong contractor it co-owned with Jardine Matheson since 2004, for £250 million ($331 million). The deal, completed October 13, makes Jardine Matheson the sole owner of a business it has held a stake in since 1969.
