Sin Yolanda, the Guadalajara-based Mexican restaurant chain, received a Texas beverage license on Oct. 15 for its El Paso location at 340 Vin Rambla Drive. The restaurant held its grand opening the weekend of Oct. 9-10 and is the chain's fourth location in Texas.
