Eleven Iranian nationals were moved from Arizona detention centers late on Nov. 7 and scheduled for a 4 a.m. charter flight to Pakistan the next morning, according to an emergency court filing. Their lawyers said the government had not given a federal judge the five business days' notice she required before any removal to Iran.
