A new dumpling restaurant is filling a former seafood-store suite at The Boardwalk at University Place in Charlotte. Juicy Dumpling filed a Mecklenburg County food establishment permit on Sept. 14, and owner Fahong Zhang told the Charlotte Observer the grand opening was Sept. 2.
