A Latin-themed nightlife spot called La Hacienda has been issued an on-sale general eating place license by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). The type 47 license, active August 17, allows the business to sell beer, wine, and spirits for consumption on its premises at 95 South Market Street, Suite 170. But the license is only the first of several approvals needed before the doors open.
