Opponent in incident; affected players supported

Lowell High School's baseball team ran San Francisco's most dominant program last season, beating its closest rival by nine league games and adding another section title. Now the district is forcing the team to forfeit three games next spring and has removed its entire coaching staff after an investigation found players violated sportsmanship, rooting-section, and hazing rules.
