Liquor license suspended for non-payment through early October
Mill Creek Tavern in Comstock Park can't sell alcohol for 30 days. The Michigan Liquor Control Commission suspended its license Sept. 2 because the tavern bounced payments to a liquor wholesaler and the state, then didn't pay the fine ordered at a June hearing.
