A San Francisco board committee has recommended approval of all five retroactive Affordable Housing Opportunity Fund grants, together $18.5 million. The awards are project-based rental subsidies, not construction gap financing: they fund ongoing rent support for extremely low-income households, seniors, and people with disabilities across the five developments.
