The neighborhood's Design Review Committee recommended continuance on all three: the new house and two-story garage at 200 NW 20th Street needs redesign, the garage at 215 NW 19th Street should get an engineer's assessment before demolition, and the addition at 2109 N Broadway Avenue has expired permits and coverage issues.
