GE HealthCare agreed to buy Sofie Biosciences, a U.S. manufacturer of radioactive imaging drugs, for $945 million in cash. The deal adds 15 manufacturing sites and 21 cyclotrons that produce F18-labeled tracers used in positron emission tomography (PET) scans.
