Construction of Salt Lake City's Pioneer Trail begins Monday, closing State Street between North Temple and 300 North through the end of November. The two-mile walking loop will connect historic sites between the Utah Capitol and Temple Square, including Council Hall, Memory Grove, and Crismon Mill Site.
