Rule Changes

Approved the five-year extension

China will keep anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties on n-propanol imported from the United States for five more years, starting Nov. 6, 2026. The Ministry of Commerce ruled on Nov. 5 that dumping and subsidies would likely resume if the measures lapsed, and that Chinese producers would be hurt again.
