The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) is reviewing an application from The Tipsy Rooster, a new comfort food restaurant at 1708 N Las Palmas Ave, one block off Hollywood Boulevard. The eatery wants a type 47 license, the standard permit that lets a restaurant serve beer, wine, and spirits with food.
