Proposing Flats at Huff Park on former school site
The Grand Rapids Brownfield Redevelopment Authority is backing Flats at Huff Park, a $15.6 million development that would put 72 apartments on the site of the former Huff Park Elementary School, directly across from Huff Park on the city's northeast side. The project, first announced as Parkview Flats in July 2025, calls for three three-story buildings of 24 units each.
