A four-week diet change shifted estimated biological age in adults aged 65 to 75, a University of Sydney trial reported. Participants who ate an omnivorous diet with less fat and more whole-food carbohydrates showed biomarker changes equivalent to roughly 3.5 to 4 fewer years of biological age.
