Amazon's top HR executive during the 2026 layoffs

Amazon filed a state notice on Aug. 28 saying it will cut 78 jobs at a San Francisco location, with layoffs effective Oct. 20. The filing, logged as SF019 with California's Employment Development Department, is the latest in a series of WARN notices the company has submitted during 2026.
