Now the Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant has taken a step toward returning: Texas regulators issued a mixed-beverage liquor license on October 12 to Fresh Tofu LLC at 4301 W William Cannon Dr, the address where owner Binh Tran is building at the Shops at Arbor Trails.
