Charlotte's City Council will hear public comment Monday, Sept. 28, then vote on whether to amend the historic landmark designation of the Liddell-McNinch House. The amendment is the final step of a two-stage review. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission (HLC) held its own hearing on the house Sept. 14 and made a recommendation the council will consider.
