Early user of Tekmetric Receptionist

Tekmetric opened early access on November 3 to three tools that put more of a repair shop's work inside its software. Repair Guide embeds licensed original equipment manufacturer repair data in the repair order, DVI Quick Capture turns a technician's photos and voice notes into written inspection findings, and Receptionist answers calls the shop's team cannot reach.
