A Federal High Court in Abuja voided Atiku Abubakar's nomination as the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential candidate on November 5, 2026. The same judgment cancelled every ADC candidate's nomination for the 2027 elections, 72 days before the January 16 vote.
