Furloughed effective July 8, 2026; recall not guaranteed

Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment told Maryland on July 7 it would furlough 39 workers at its Baltimore facility, with the stoppage effective the next day. The one-day notice is well short of the 60 days Maryland's Economic Stabilization Act normally demands for covered reductions.
