Lost the Republican primary runoff to Collins

Jon Ossoff won a second Senate term in Georgia on November 3, 2026, beating Republican Representative Mike Collins in a state President Donald Trump carried by two points in 2024. Ossoff, 39, was the only Democratic senator seeking reelection in a state Trump won, and he won by a double-digit margin, according to Semafor.
