Leads Arity through the acquisition and integration process

Allstate's mobility data unit Arity agreed on October 16 to acquire INRIX, a Bellevue, Washington traffic-data firm that spun out of Microsoft in 2004. The deal ends INRIX's 22-year run as an independent company and could close later this year.
