Her Boston court has kept the Postal Service's ballot-mail rule from taking effect, including through a 14-day restraining order issued in August in two new suits.

The Supreme Court's 6-3 ruling on August 24 let most of President Trump's voter-list order take effect. Two days later the Postal Service published a final rule requiring election officials to submit mail-ballot envelope designs for federal review and to upload each voter's name, address and barcode to a federal portal.

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected President Donald Trump's bid to restrict mail-in voting for the November midterms. The decision leaves lower court injunctions in place, letting states send out ballots under the same rules they've used for years.
