Sweden's prime minister Ulf Kristersson resigned Thursday after final vote counting confirmed the centre-left opposition won a narrow majority in Sunday's general election. The four opposition parties took 176 seats in the 349-seat Riksdag; Kristersson's right-wing bloc took 173.
