Oklahoma City historic review recommends continuance on three Heritage Hills projects

Directs staff review of Certificate of Appropriateness applications

Three Heritage Hills property owners asked Oklahoma City's Historic Preservation Commission on Oct. 16 to approve new construction and garage work. The neighborhood's Design Review Committee recommended continuance on all three: the new house and two-story garage at 200 NW 20th Street needs redesign, the garage at 215 NW 19th Street should get an engineer's assessment before demolition, and the addition at 2109 N Broadway Avenue has expired permits and coverage issues.
