Oversees the IBAS program that funds BuildFreedom.US

The program started in Texas, Michigan, and Pennsylvania in July. Now it is moving into the industrial Midwest — Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin — home to the aerospace plants, supply chains, and shipyards that feed the military.
