SEI Group, a Georgia-based insulation installer owned by private equity firm Quad-C Management, bought Greenhome Specialties, a Utah company that installs fiberglass and spray foam insulation. The deal is SEI's first entry into Utah and its 17th acquisition since Quad-C recapitalized the company in February 2021.
