A Dallas restaurant group cleared a state hurdle toward opening at a Houston address that has sat empty for six years. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) issued an alcohol license to Mar Y Sol Houston at 4747 San Felipe St on September 10, 2026.
