Weil Gotshal wind-down would cut dozens of Boston jobs

In talks to join Kirkland & Ellis

Weil Gotshal & Manges is preparing to wind down, and its Boston office would lose about 50 attorneys and staff just months after moving into a larger Back Bay space.
