ArcLight Capital Partners closed its purchase of a 50% stake in IATP, a 5.4-gigawatt portfolio of 11 natural gas power plants across North America. Invenergy, which built and operates the plants, keeps the other half and its operating role. The seller was InfraBridge, the infrastructure arm of DigitalBridge Group.
