Chef Sebastian Moh's Serai is now serving Malaysian and Thai food in one of Louisville's oldest buildings. The restaurant opened at 2311 Frankfort Ave, the Clifton storefront where DiFabio's Casapela spent 15 years, in a brick toll house built around 1830.
