Leading CUE-221's development toward Phase 2b/3

Cue Biopharma's experimental chronic hives drug hit its primary goal in a 145-patient Phase 2 trial, clearing the way for a registration-enabling study. At the highest dose, CUE-221 produced complete resolution of hives in 54% of patients at week 12, versus 11% on placebo.
