Presented the OptiTROP-Lung04 final OS analysis at ESMO 2026

Patients with EGFR-mutant lung cancer who progressed on TKI therapy gained 8.5 months of median survival on sac-TMT versus platinum-doublet chemo: 25.9 months to 17.4. The figure comes from the final analysis of the Phase III OptiTROP-Lung04 trial, presented at the 2026 ESMO Congress in Madrid. It makes sac-TMT the first TROP2-targeting antibody-drug conjugate to show a survival benefit over chemotherapy in this patient group.
