Sentra raises $150 million to secure the data AI agents can reach

Leading Sentra after its $150 million Series C

AI agents now read from corporate databases, file shares and cloud storage at machine speed, often with access rights copied from the humans who set them up. Sentra sells software that finds where sensitive data lives, maps which people, service accounts and agents can reach it, and removes access that is not needed. On Wednesday, Capital One Ventures led a $150 million investment in the company and took a board seat.
