Council approved its tax-credit bid; awaiting TDHCA decision
The Dallas City Council voted Sept. 9 to support the West Davis Family Apartments, a 360-unit affordable housing project on the former Mount Carmel campus at 4600 West Davis Street. The resolution of no objection backs the developer's application for 4% low-income housing tax credits from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
