Operating in Sausalito

Franko & Friends, a coffee-and-pastry counter that turns into a wine bar after dark, now holds an active California beer-and-wine license at 2055B Union Street. The state Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control activated the type 41 permit on October 14, covering on-sale beer and wine at an eating place.
